| Welcome to FIT Exercise Studio for men and women! We are here to help you meet all your fitness goals. Fitness is a vital component for preventative health. Be proud of yourself that you are taking control of your life and have implemented a fitness program that is fun and rewarding! FIT (Frequency, Intensity, Time & Type of exercise) is the basis of the PACE program. All participants are able to work at their training level through the entire class and should be able to attend everyday if they desire.
